We would like to invite you all to the 13th IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing (ICSP), 6-10 November 2016, Chengdu, China.

Sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section, IET Beijing Local Network and Beijing Jiaotong University, the ICSP 2016 is the 13th one of the ICSP conference series, which began from 1990.

Chengdu is the only major city in China to have remained in the same location with the same name after more than 3200 years. Chengdu Airport is one of the 30 busiest airports in the world and hosts more than 260 Fortune 500 companies and 15 consulates. Chengdou has several famous World Natural and Cultural Heritage Sites such as Giant Panda Sanctuaries. Near Chengdou, there are also very exciting and unique natural landscapes such as HuangLong and JiuZhaiGou (World Natural Heritage Sites). Last but not least, Chengdu is an officially-recognised UNESCO City of Gastronomy.
