Sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section, IET Beijing Branch and Beijing Jiaotong University, the ICSP 2018 is the 14th one of the ICSP conference series, since 27 years. To keep the pace with the technology development and the state of art of applications, the ICSP is being held once every two years. The 14th IEEE ICSP will bring together diversity of authors and speakers from many nations and regions to share ideas and new perspectives in both theoretical and practical aspects of signal processing.

The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore. All accepted and presented papers should be original work and revised paper will be excluded. The proceedings will be submitted to EI for indexing.
