Brainhack Rennes 2018 (April 25 - 26)

Nous vous invitons à venir participer à Brainhack, un hackathon "open science", les 25 et 26 avril à l’INRIA/IRISA à Rennes.

You are invited to Brainhack Rennes 2018 (April 25-26 at INRIA/IRISA, campus Beaulieu, Rennes, France), an early event of Brainhack Global 2018.

 

Brainhack, c'est 2 jours de projets en tous genres autour des neurosciences. Ingénieurs, chercheurs ou cliniciens intéressés par la science ouverte et les neurosciences, venez par curiosité ou venez proposer vos projets, vous y trouverez des collaborateurs sur place, et 2 jours pour faire avancer vos projets, voire les finir ! 

Nous recevrons aussi 4 intervenants:

  • Roberto Toro, Institut Pasteur, "Towards a collective neuroscience"
  • Elisa Fromont, Univ Rennes, Inria, CNRS, IRISA, "Machine learning: applications, methods and challenges"
  • Rémi Gribonval, Univ Rennes, Inria, CNRS, IRISA, "Reproducible research — is it worth the effort, and how to ease it?
  • Isabelle Merlet, Inserm, LTSI, “EEG source localisation in epilepsy”

De nombreuses données sont accessibles en ligne (par exemple 101 nights en EEG ou FC 1000 en IRMf, OASIS en IRM anatomique, ...) et ne demandent qu'à être analysées ! Vous cherchez des collaborateurs pour vos projets ou vos outils de développement ? Vous avez des questions dans vos travaux de recherches ? Venez en discuter avec nous durant ces 2 jours. 

A l'issue de ces deux jours vous pourrez rédiger un rapport qui sera publié avec Brainhack global. Pour voir à quoi ressemble un brainhack passé, c'est par ici : https://riojournal.com/collection/6/.

Brainhack events convene engineers, researchers and clinicians to work together on projects related to neuroscience. Are you interested in sciences and neurosciences? Come and learn about existing tools or bring your own projects and find passionate people to join in.

There are a lot of open data available (e.g. 101 nights in EEG, FC 1000 in fMRI, OASIS in anatomical MRI, etc.), waiting to be analysed ! Are you looking for contributors on an existing software? Would you like to meet new collaborators? Do you have open questions in your research? Come and discuss with us during these 2 days.
