Interplay between AI and mathematical modelling in the post-structural genomics era, a CIRM conference that brings together experts from the machine learning, mathematical modelling and computational biology communities. The conference will highlight recent developments at the interface of these areas, focusing on protein and nucleic acid sequences, structures and functions. We welcome contributions addressing relevant questions of methodology, applications, and synergies with experimental biology.
